2013 MK7 Golf 1.6 BMT DSG tuning
jeg har spørgsmål til dig:
Den originale bil havde en standard remap (ca. 140hk) og fungerede fint, og efter at have erstattet turbo til CUNA-modellen blev det krævede boosttryk og boosttryk, der var ca. 400 hPa forskel, hvilket tvunget bilen til "slapmodus"
P0299 fejl (kontrolområde ikke nået)
Jeg troede først, at det var et boost lækage, men jeg kontrollerede alt, uden resultater.
bil er en 2013 VW Golf, CLHA motor, med en nyligt opgraderet CUNA turbo. DPF / EGR er stadig monteret.
Vedhæftet er 2 logfiler, den første med 140hk remap & CUNA turbo (LOG-01-IDE00190_ & 1mmm fil)
den anden blinkede tilbage til den oprindelige ECU (& CUNA turbo) (LOG-01-IDE00190_ & 5jan7-filen) ingen mere blivende tilstand ...
spørgsmålet er: er der en skjult boost lækage? vil en tilpasset remap sortere dette ud, eller vil bilen kræve andre ændringer? større intercooler mv.

Du kan ikke bruge de logs til så meget. For få parametre at måle på. Har du skiftet ladetryk censor ifm skift af turbo, fordi CUNA turbo kan køre med 2 bar. Jeg ville satse på et log, hvor du starter fra 1200 rpm til 4500 rpm i 4. gear og fuld gas.

Nej, boost pressure sensor (n75) valve was not changed, and the CUNA turbo came with a new Wastegate acutator mounted.
In order to make a "useable" log what paramaters do you suggest logging?

unfortunately I can't see all of theIDE codes in there, due to the small cell sizes.
I see RPM, a few different TORQUE measurements, BOOST PRESSURE, FUEL pressure, exhaust temperature, intake air temp, and lambda. Sound about right??

Skal nok præcisere nok en gang. En typisk logning skal tages med fuld gas, det har du ikke gjort. Sæt den i 4. Gear i manuel mode. Start logningen med turbo knap slået til ved 1200rpm, og slut logning ved 4200-4500 rpm ca... full throttle log...
Kan ikke bruger den der log til noget desværre.
Du skal have fundet ud af hvorfor du ikke har nogen data på lambda.. Censoren burde hedde det samme.

Du skal have bilen kørt ind med nye turbo, men brug nu en der har forstand på det. Til biler med eftermonteret turbo, vil jeg anbefale dynotrim (findes via facebook) eller Info@dynotrim.dk (Jylland) .
DU får ikke bedre turbo en original, da den er vandkølet på Golf 7.

This should be more along what you were asking for. Couldn't start off in 4th gear from a stop, had to be a rolling start (circa 10 km/h)and using "Loc. IDE04677 -- O2 sensor 1 bank 1: O2 sensor actual value" for the O2 sensor. This was the only one that had a value in it.
Also:not 100% throttle, only about 95% full throttle, the car kept on downshifting...

Det ser bedre ud, men den mangler noget indkørring. Den burde ikke lave downshift i manual mode.
Den kan godt tåle mere fuel og ladetryk.

I'll have to work on the gear selection, I'm sure I can finally get a proper log.
As for the turbo, just wanted to try something different. I know the gearbox isn't the strongest one, but it's a highway car, so it won't be constantly tortured.

Yes, took a while (all day) with Kim, but at the end of the day, all was good. No more limp mode, and the car topped out at 178hp, and 321nm. Couldn't be more pleased with the end result!
